  • Returns and/or exchanges are only permitted within 30 days of the customer receiving their order.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used in any way can not be returned or exchanged.

  • All exchanges can only be for items of equal or lesser value.

Lost/Damaged Packages:

  • Live Restless, LLC. is not responsible for any packages that have been lost or damaged during shipping nor are we responsible for refunding and/or replacing those Items.

  • If any packages are lost or damaged during shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to file any and all claims with the mail carrier.

  • Live Restless, LLC. is no longer responsible for any and all packages once they are in the possession of the mail service.
